Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field – Advantageous. Strong leadership and people management skills Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch). Ensure all orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory control teams. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Supervise, lead, and motivate warehouse staff and drivers. Allocate tasks and manage shift schedules. Conduct performance monitoring and provide feedback.
