Amazon is seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Supervisors to lead and develop teams within our fast-paced AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and FC (Fulfillment Center) environments. This role will encompass responsibilities across both areas, requiring a versatile leader who can thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing operational landscape. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflows that exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.
Key Job Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations within both AMZL and FC environments, managing teams of Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers, and associates (approximately 30-40). This includes allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and maintaining exceptional organizational skills.
