Job Description
The Operations Support primary objective is to assist the Rail Coordinator with the various tasks associated with the day-to-day operation and planning associated with Rail Operations.
While the key focus for this role will be Rail Scheduling, it will also provide support with associated site operational & administrative tasks including Leave Relief, as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily rail operations, including scheduling, allocating, and service updates
- Monitor operational activities and escalate issues, delays, or disruptions as required
- Entry of data into the various reporting and recording systems
- Prepare and maintain operational logs, reports, and performance data
- Collaboratively working with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Providing timely operational information and operational support
