Operations Support Assistant (QEHS) at Tampines Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting field (on-site) audit on outdoor and indoor cleansing activities, including safety compliance, to ensure that quality service is consistently maintained.
- Responsible for investigating Defect Notices and proposing corrective actions to Operations Executive to prevent recurrence of similar complaints.
- Perform ad-hoc inspection to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements which includes dormitory.
- Conduct COJT and equipment training on site to ensure worker competencies are met.
- Conduct monthly safety briefings for all sites to share information on EHS related matters.
- Perform specialized cleaning jobs such as pandemic disinfection and chemical spillage clean-up.
- Minimum Advance Certificate / Higher Nitec or equivalent education.
