- Project Management of Exclusive Store, SIS/Corner proposals, Design Stage, Costing, Bidding, Construction, and Opening
- Handles all legal documents in BPM System prior exclusive store construction
- Project management of Shop Expansion by checking the asset saturation per location and asset distribution nationwide
- Project management of Shop Expansion such as mapping, quantity, and budget proposal
- Asset management monitoring such as Exclusive store, SIS/Corner, Stand Alone Modules, Signage, Laptop Stand, and NB Locks
- Project management of Store merchandising, store coverage, visiting frequency, people staffing and strategic distribution
- Retail Operation online data, e-Sales, & Channel Map management of retail assets; Management of Retail Operation Budget, Post-Events, Project Management, and Marketing claims
