Job Description
The PMS Operations lead is responsible for end-to-end operational management of Portfolio Management Services: Role includes all operational activities from onboarding, executions to closure, compliance with regulatory frameworks and high-quality client servicing. The role requires to effectively co-ordinate with investment teams, custodians, Fund accountant, compliance, and clients.
Primary responsibility (JD)
- Managed end-to-end client Lifecycle: AML/KYC, account setup, maintenance, and closures, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely and accuracy of PMS operations: trade execution, settlement, reconciliation, Corporate action, Regulatory reporting.
- Manage Investor/distributor query resolution without any escalations.
- Manage fees/commission processes: management fee calculation (accruals/actuals), Commission computation and payouts.
