Job Requirements:
- College graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any tech-related course (strictly required)
- More than 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or similar environment
- Must have experience handling either an E-commerce or Technical Account
- Experience in managing a blended account (voice, chat, email, etc.)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
