YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As the Team Lead, you will work under the Site Manager and report directly to them, providing support in accordance with market needs. You will manage a team of Fleet Specialists and be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service for our users and cities. Your responsibilities include overseeing the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries. You will divide your time between managerial duties such as hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations for your team and performing operational tasks, whether in the warehouse or in the field, based on the business needs of the site.
