. Responsible for daily events and long-term planning of F&B events (F&B experience) . Responsible for all VIP visits and their good deployment Responsible for F&B service for VIP visits and lunches . Ensure all kitchen / F&B service team is on target with deadlines relative to upcoming events / visits . Ensure all events / VIP visits are ORX 30 minutes prior to guests' arrival . Responsible for weekly Academy cleaning walkthrough and follow up on campus cleanliness. . Responsible for monthly Academy maintenance walkthrough and follow up on campus repairs . Responsible for beverage control and inventory on a monthly basis . Responsible to safeguard the Academy and its population against COVID-19 by actively checking updated government advisories and proposing/implementing new measures to secure the Academy .
