Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and sourcing
Manage end-to-end hiring for outsourced, blue-collar roles such delivery staff, inhouse warehousing staff, loader etc
Collaborate with third-party staffing agencies, contractors, and vendors for manpower supply
Conduct spot hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and job camps in key sourcing locations
Ensure the manpower is sufficient as per the requirement of the location.
Vendor development
Candidate Screening & Selection
Conduct basic screening (ID verification, work readiness, skill/physical fitness if applicable).
Coordinate interviews and selection with operations and warehouse supervisors.
Maintain a real-time database of available and onboarded workers.
