Your specific responsibilities: The incumbent's primary responsibility is to perform duties that assist us with the processing of social security disability claims. This position requires the incumbent have good oral and written communication skills. The primary duties require maintaining a courteous demeanor when interacting with claimants, their representatives, the general public, and coworkers. The incumbent is responsible for the routine technical electronic records management activities relating to social security disability claims. The incumbent must be productive under tight deadlines and have the ability to balance multiple priorities.
