- Collect global client’s dividend and interest income payments.
- Verify information by validating payment advice received from the local market against client receivables.
- Attempt resolution of client entitlement issues internally.
- Make decisions to repair or contact sub-custodian or depository for resolution.
- Escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
- Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues to minimize risk and exposure.
