Alstonville Optometry is a well-established independent practice known for personalised care, quality eyewear, and a genuinely supportive team. We’re looking for an Optical Assistant/Dispenser to join us 2–3 days per week in a hands-on, patient-focused role.
The Role
This is a varied position where you’ll be involved across the full patient journey - from first impression to final fit.
You’ll be:
- Styling frames and guiding patients through lens options with confidence
- Providing accurate dispensing and measurements
- Supporting adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Assisting with reception, bookings, and day-to-day practice flow
