At Innowave Tech, we build AI-powered industrial vision and autonomous factory platforms used by leading semiconductor and advanced manufacturing companies worldwide. We’re looking for an Optical Engineer to design next-generation optical systems that deliver best-in-class image quality with cost-effective, production-ready designs.
Job scope What You’ll Do- Design and optimize optical systems for industrial imaging and automated inspection
- Develop multi-spectrum solutions (VIS, IR, UV, laser, structured light) for high-contrast, high-precision defect detection
- Support 3D vision systems (structured light, stereo, depth sensing)
- Balance image quality, system performance, and BOM cost for scalable factory deployment
- Collaborate with AI, vision software, and hardware teams on full system integration
- Validate performance using MTF, SNR, distortion, and real-world factory testing
