Optical Lab Technician
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Optical Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality prescription eyeglasses with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Edge, cut, fit, and assemble prescription lenses into frames
- Operate and maintain optical laboratory equipment and machines
- Inspect finished eyewear for quality and prescription accuracy
- Perform frame adjustments and minor repairs
- Assist in managing lens and frame inventory
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the lab
- Support fast turnaround times while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- At least 3 years of previous experience in an optical laboratory is preferred
- Knowledge of lens edging and eyewear assembly
