Job Description
- 5+ years of experience as Oracle Core Database Engineer/DBA
- Extensive knowledge and solid troubleshooting experience in the following areas:
- RAC, ASM, Performance tuning, Data Guard (Physical and Logical), DG Broker
- Experience in handling complex database backup and recovery scenarios using RMAN
- Experience in database migrations and upgrades
- Experience in troubleshooting various installation and patching issues
- Experience in database monitoring using Oracle Enterprise Manager including target management, installation, HA configuration and administration of OEM, incident and alert management, monitoring templates, DBLM, Integration with ticketing tool.
- Knowledge of Grafana is preferred.
- Experience in Oracle engineered systems like Exadata
- Experience in Golden Gate replication
- Experience in automation using Shell scripts, Perl, Python, Ansible etc
- Good to have knowledge in OS admini...
