Role: L2 Database Administrator (Oracle/ Cloud / Automation) Required Technical Skill Set :Primary Oracle Database Administration, RMAN, Dataguard Secondary MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL Desired Experience Range :6 8 years Location: Chennai Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioural Competency) Must-Have Key Responsibilities: User management: Create, modify and manage database users, roles and privileges. Ensure security compliance and access control across the environment. Space & Tablespace management: Monitor tablespaces, manage datafiles, perform space allocation, resizing and capacity planning. Performance Tuning & SQL Optimization: Analyse AWR/ASH reports, identify top SQL queries, tune SQL queries and improve the database performance. RMAN Backup & Recovery: Perform full/incremental backups, restoration, recover and validate backup integrity. Manage retention policies and recovery catalog.
