Job Description

Position: Oracle DBA – L2 Support
CTC: ₹90,000/month

Experience: 5–6 years

Certification: Oracle DBA Certification – Mandatory

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle database administration (Oracle RAC, ODG, GoldenGate, Exadata, OEM)
  • DB installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, security & backup (RMAN)
  • DR setup & monitoring, Data Guard, ARC/Log shipping
  • Performance tuning, ORA error resolution, RCA preparation
  • Capacity planning, risk analysis, SOP & knowledge base maintenance
  • Incident handling: DB crashes, instance hangs, space issues
  • Security management, session auditing, access control
  • Monitoring, alert handling, performance trend analysis
  • Documentation, audit compliance, DR drills, OEM coordination
  • Basic knowledge of other RDBMS/Open Source DBs preferred
