Senior Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant

🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Technical Consultant with strong experience in development, customization, and end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS HRMS solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and support of Oracle EBS HRMS technical solutions
  • Design and build RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
  • Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, and performance tuning
  • Work on BI/XML Publisher reports
  • Handle integrations, data migration, and system enhancements
  • Customize workflows and support Fast Formula changes
  • Collaborate with functional teams for solution design
  • Drive UAT, deployments, and production support
  • Troubleshoot critical issues and provide quick resolutions
