Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM Technical Consultant for a 100% remote role in India. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS/HCM technical development, support, and integrations. This role involves working closely with clients and business teams to deliver and support HRMS/HCM solutions.
Key Skills
- Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR)
- Strong PL/SQL development
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- XML / BI Publisher reports
- Interfaces, APIs & Integrations
- Production support & issue resolution
- Oracle Fusion HCM, HDL, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM technical components
- Work on RICE (Reports, Int...
