Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle EBS Sourcing and Purchasing modules.
- Gather business requirements and perform functional configuration.
- Support sourcing processes including RFQ, RFP, RFI, and auction events.
- Manage supplier-related activities through Oracle iSupplier Portal.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, and deployment support activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for solution delivery.
- Prepare functional documentation and process mapping artifacts.
