Non Negotiable:
- Strong expertise in ERP platforms (Oracle, Manhattan etc)
- Proficiency in process mapping and optimization using tools like Visio or Lucidchart
- Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, architecture diagrams and business process flow documentation
- Experienced in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
