Key Tasks
- Lead the end-to-end project to align Oracle implementation with US Government FAR compliance.
- Design and implement required system changes to support FAR-compliant billing processes and General Ledger (GL) reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with government regulations.
- Provide subject matter expertise on FAR Part 31 cost principles and related compliance rules.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes.
- Create process documentation, policies, and training materials to support ongoing compliance.
