Required Skills
~10+ years of PLM consulting experience with at least one full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PLM implementation, or a substantial Oracle Agile PLM background with a current Cloud PLM migration track record.
Deep functional expertise across Product Hub / Product Data Hub (Product MDM), Product Development, Change Management and Quality.
Experience operating at enterprise scale — millions of items, tens of thousands of BOMs, hundreds of attributes, multi-division product catalogues.
Hands-on integration experience between Oracle Cloud PLM and tier-one ERPs (SAP S/4HANA and / or Oracle JD Edwards / EBS / Fusion ERP), CAD and downstream systems via OIC or equivalent middleware.
Strong grounding in product-data governance, data-quality frameworks, taxonomy / classification design and stewardship operating models.
