Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Fusion Finance and RMCS implementations, enhancements, and production support.
- Gather business requirements, configure applications, prepare functional documents, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
- Work closely with onshore teams, business users, and stakeholders.
- Perform testing, issue resolution, troubleshooting, incident management, and user training.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial and revenue recognition activities.
- Coordinate with technical, integration, and reporting teams.
- Participate in rotational shift support.
