- 12-month contract with potential extensions
- Starts part-time (~20 hours/week) with opportunity to transition to full-time after 2–3 months
- Hourly Rate: $80-$90/hr T4A
What they’re looking for:
- 7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support
- Solid hands‑on experience with Core HR and additional modules such as Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding
- Experience supporting payroll processes and integrations
- Strong background in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes
About the role
- Focus on configuring and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud modules, partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT teams, and contributing to ongoing system improvements and releases.
