Job Description

Skills Required – Oracle Fusion QA Tester (HCM Focus)

Specialized Fusion Testing

  • Test end‑to‑end business processes within and across Oracle Fusion modules such as:
    • Hire‑to‑Retire
    • Core HRMS
    • Absence
    • Compensation
    • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Validate reports and analytics built using OTBI
  • Knowledge of customizations including:
    • Conversions, Extensions, Personalization, Sandbox, Redwood
    • Workflows, Roles, DFF, EFF
    • HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas
    • Lookups, User Defined Tables, Profile Options
    • Custom Messages, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Dashboards
  • Test inbound and outbound integrations with systems such as EDI, SOAP/REST APIs, PL/SQL
