Job Description

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, payroll, and finance teams to gather requirements.
  • Payroll experience is MUST
  • Provide functional expertise to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Working experience on HCM implementations, BI Publisher & OTBI
  • Support Troubleshooting
  • Handle production support, resolve functional issues, and manage upgrades.
  • Document processes, configurations, and workflows for Benefits.
  • Integration Data Management Work with EBS EBS HCM Data Loader (HDL), EBS HCM Extracts, and Oracle Data integrator for benefits data.
  • Manage conversions of workforce structure, worker data, contracts, and salary info.
