Job Description
You will play a key role in helping organizations transform their workforce learning capabilities using Oracle HCM Cloud. You will design, configure, and deploy Oracle Learning Management solutions, working closely with HR, Learning & Development, and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and engaging learning experiences that drive workforce capability and compliance. Key Responsibilities . Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Management, including Learning Catalog, Offerings, Activities, Specializations, and Learning Paths . Partner with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate L&D and compliance requirements into effective Oracle Learning solutions . Configure key Learning module components including Assignment Profiles, Compliance Rules, Self-Service Learning Records, and Completion Tracking .
