- Partner with client stakeholders to translate HR and business strategies into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Provide functional leadership across project teams, ensuring quality design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Guide clients through change impacts, adoption strategies, and best practices for talent transformation.
- Collaborate with technical teams, HR leaders, and integration partners to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Mentor and coach consultants, fostering capability development and high performance within the team.
- Contribute to solution proposals, estimates, and Oracle HCM Talent thought leadership.
