About The Role As an Oracle HCM Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, secure, and timely migration of HR data from legacy systems into Oracle HCM Cloud. You will work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure data integrity and readiness across all phases of the implementation lifecycle, enabling a successful transformation for our clients. This role plays a critical part in large-scale HR transformation programs by ensuring data quality, compliance, and business continuity. Key Responsibilities
