Responsibilities

- Support career and succession planning by analyzing employee competencies and identifying potential internal candidates for key roles.
- Assist recruiting by matching internal candidates to open positions based on skills and experience.
- Utilize talent ratings to assess performance, potential, and readiness for development or promotion.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, such as Oracle Fusion HCM.
