Overview: Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc). Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions. Business analysis: Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements. Data analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data. User acceptance testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution.
