About the Role
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Lead, you will play a key role in helping organizations transform their talent management capabilities using Oracle HCM Cloud. You will lead solution design and delivery across talent modules, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive measurable workforce outcomes and sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management solutions, including Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development
- Partner with client stakeholders to translate HR and business strategies into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
