Job Responsibilitie
- sSupport Oracle OTM and GTM implementation, enhancement, and production support projects
- .Gather business requirements, configure solutions, and prepare functional design documents
- .Participate in testing, defect resolution, user training, and go-live support activities
- .Collaborate with business users, onshore teams, technical teams, and stakeholders
- .Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support incident management
- .Provide functional support for transportation, logistics, and trade compliance processes
