Job Responsibilitie
sSupport Oracle OTM and GTM implementation, enhancement, and production support projects
.Gather business requirements, configure solutions, and prepare functional design documents
.Participate in testing, defect resolution, user training, and go-live support activities
.Collaborate with business users, onshore teams, technical teams, and stakeholders
.Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support incident management
.Provide functional support for transportation, logistics, and trade compliance processes
