We are looking for a skilled **Oracle HCM Configuration Analyst** to join our global HR Technology team. This role focuses on the end-to-end configuration and support of **Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)** , ensuring a high-quality experience for users across multiple countries.
The ideal candidate is a technical-functional professional who can navigate the complexities of **Oracle Verified Integrations (OVI)** , write **Fast Formulas** , and apply **Design Thinking** to solve business problems. You will work with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions while ensuring seamless integration with **Core HR** .
