" Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of Simphony Inventory across multi-unit restaurants program implementing Oracle MICROS Symphony
" Experience leading Global solution design sessions for solution around ingredient level inventory, recipe costing, prep workflows, and COGS visibility across restaurant operations.
" Key Responsibilities Own the Simphony Inventory workstream: planning, backlog definition, story refinement,
" Lead design of restaurant BOH processes including ingredient management, recipe costing, yields, prep/production, receiving, counts, and waste
