We are seeking an experienced

with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Taleo Recruiting — TEE and/or TBE modules.

The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert SME for Taleo, working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize recruitment workflows, improve user experience, and ensure alignment with talent acquisition strategies.

✅ Minimum 4 years of functional experience with Oracle Taleo — TEE or TBE, preferably TEE
✅ Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and how they map to Taleo functionality
✅ Experience with Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules
✅ Hands-on experience with Taleo Connect Client TCC or Taleo Web Services
