Job Description
Major Duties
: (a) To provide administrative support to the VTC Symphony Orchestra and VTC Chorus; (b) To liaise with the artistic director and Orchestra / Chorus members; (c) To plan rehearsal / audition schedules; (d) To be responsible for the promotion and publicity, and logistical arrangements of public performances; (e) To perform administrative and accounting duties; and (f) To undertake committee and administrative work in various committees, boards and meetings. Requirements: (a) A recognised degree or equivalent; (b) At least 2 years' relevant work experience, preferably in relation to administration and promotion for art / musical performance; (c) Good knowledge of musical arts will be an advantage, but is not essential; (d) Strong customer management with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; (e) Outgoing personality with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders; and (f) A high level of written...
