Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer and distributor request
- Process sales orders in SAP (or equivalent system) and ensure proper order tracking through to delivery
- Monitor order status, backorders, and fulfilment timelines; proactively follow up on delays
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipment
- Maintain parts pricing structure, discount levels, and quotation consistency
- Prepare monthly reports on parts sales, quotation conversion rate, and service support activities
- Ad hoc duties
- Min Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 2– 5 years of experience in order fulfilment
- Experience working with distributors in regional markets is preferred
- Prior spare parts experience with engines manufacturers will be advantageous
