Responsibilities- Process and manage customer orders accurately through the company's ERP and order management systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and inventory availability.
- Monitor order status, shipment progress, and customer requirements to ensure smooth execution.
