Job Description
Salary: $3,800
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Work Location: West (near MRT)
Work Terms: 1-year renewable contract
Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer and product records.
- Monitor orders and coordinate shipments with customers and logistics partners.
- Prepare invoices, shipping documentation and related records.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Support documentation for export shipments, Letters of Credit and customer claims.
- Maintain order tracking reports and provide administrative support as required.
