Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for direct communication with customers and various departments within the business to support end-to-end customer order management. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and is part of the Customer Service Team located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, yet will work with a team based in Brazil.

- Manage customer orders from order entry to product delivery to attain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as sales, distribution, and manufacturing to support customer requirements.
