Job Description
- Manage end-to-end order processing and ensure on-time delivery to customers in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate updates on order status.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement and supply chain, to resolve order-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all order management activities.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer communications in the system.
- Identify areas for process improvement and support the implementation of enhanced workflows.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and minimize delays.
- Utilise Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
