Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. Your role:
Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process.
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
