. Accurately entering customer order details into our systems . Liaising with customers to clarify order requirements and provide updates . Coordinating with our supply chain team to ensure smooth order fulfilment . Maintaining detailed records and reporting on order status . Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner . Handle purchase and sales activities . Supporting the wider administrative team as needed
