**Job Title:** 1st Shift Order Selector
**Location:** Fargo, ND
**Pay:** $21 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
**About the Position**
Kelly is seeking a reliable Selector to join our client's warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately select, stage, ship, and receive products while supporting an efficient and safe warehouse operation.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Select and assemble customer orders for shipment.
+ Load, unload, move, and store products in assigned areas.
+ Pick, check, sort, consolidate, wrap, and load pallets for shipping.
+ Verify order accuracy and check for any damage.
+ Complete pre-operation checklists for equipment.
+ Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks.
+ Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules.
+ Perform sanitation and other general duties as needed.
