PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Order to Cash (O2C) Manager will lead the end-to-end O2C process within the Finance Shared Services Center. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient revenue management, cash application, credit management, and collection and dispute resolution. The manager will drive process excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while leading a team to deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
OTC: Customer masterdata set-up and maintenance, daily cash application, month-end close process and collections activities.
Performance should meet the requirements defined in the SLA/KPI’s (timely, accurate).
