- Support in organisation development and workforce management related initiatives to maintain a healthy and sustainable organisation along with the business growth.
- Use people data and organisational metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights, e.g., attrition, progression, etc.
- Conduct deep dive into concerning areas to identify root causes and define remediations, e.g., top heaviness, stagnancy, rightsizing, etc.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and local markets to solve organisational related issues.
- Implement special projects defined centrally across the region and monitor the outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Take ad-hoc initiatives or tasks upon business needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. A master's degree is advantageous but not required.
